And you’ll find that cardio kickboxing is a huge calorie burner. In an average one-hour class you can expect to burn up to 800 calories!

Come prepared to learn a challenging workout routine. Our classes are all about getting our students to improve strength, balance and stamina. Cardio kickboxing is a combination of different martial arts, aerobic activity and boxing techniques. You will learn different kinds of punching and kicking moves, while constantly moving to a rapid beat.

Before taking up any new, strenuous activity, be sure that your body is ready for it. Consult with your physician if you have concerns about whether this exercise regime is right for you. Cardio kickboxing is not recommended for those who are not accustomed to getting at least 20 minutes of aerobic activity at least three times per week. It’s also important that each student already have fairly good coordination as well as flexibility.

We offer a range of cardio kickboxing classes for all levels, several days a week. We do our best to keep class sizes low so that each student gets the attention that he or she deserves. Instructors get a “kick” out of teaching this fitness regimen because they see how the hard work that is required really pays off!
